Tammy is a sexual health and wellness educator. She earned her certification from the Center for Sexual Health Promotion, School of Public Health of Bloomington, Indiana University, the largest sex research and education center in the United States. Tammy is an Intimacy & Relationship Coach and the CEO of Your Marriage Lab LLC. 

Tammy is the host of her podcast Sex for Saints where her motto is, "We can be candid and still love God!" Tammy takes pride in her books, “Hey God, Can I? An ABC guide of sex for married saints and her autobiography Handle with Care coming soon.

Tammy helps women to be empowered by changing the way saints think about intimacy one conversation at a time. She does this through coaching sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, and events.
